Owners with entries in the Breeders Crown finals at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Saturday, October 27 may confirm their reservations in Pacers Clubhouse beginning Monday, October 22 at 9:00 a.m. by calling the PHHA offices at 570-831-2129. For each horse, owners may reserve one table of four. Requests for additional tables may be honoured on a first-come, first-served basis but only if extra tables become available due to cancellations. The clubhouse is open strictly to owners and their invited guests; it is not available to other horsemen or the general public. Check-in will begin at 4:00 p.m. Post time is 5:30 p.m.
New this year is a convenient prepay option that allows your credit card to be charged in advance, speeding clubhouse check-in by eliminating the need to pay upon arrival before being seated. After making arrangements with the PHHA, you will be given a dedicated telephone number to call and provide your credit card information. Once you have prepaid, you will be automatically registered to use the express line in Pacers to check in using your confirmation number and ID.
In addition, special parking arrangements are available. Only owners and their invited guests will be allowed access to this area with ID; all others will be turned away. Directions are available here. It is suggested you arrive early as space is limited. In the event the reserved parking lot is full when you arrive, general parking will be available as well as valet parking at the casino entrance. Those staying overnight in the casino hotel may prefer to valet their vehicles at the hotel entrance when checking in.
VIP Tent tickets are sold out. However, for owners with additional guests who cannot be accommodated in Pacers Clubhouse, tickets are still available in the Horsemen's Tent while supplies last. They can be ordered through the PHHA when calling for clubhouse reservations. Included is the same hot and cold buffet of delicious comfort food classics that will be served in the VIP Tent.
