The Meadows Racetrack & Casino and the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) will salute America’s armed forces during the live card on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11.
It has been announced that there will be a variety of activities honouring and highlighting active military and veterans.
As part of the tribute, the Meadows will offer a complimentary buffet lunch in the Carvery restaurant to active military and veterans, while the MSOA will provide them with free t-shirts, programs and wagering vouchers.
In addition, the card will feature a match race that will pit representatives of each of the five service branches. Veterans and active military also may enjoy paddock tours and starting gate rides.
