Due to the large amount of snow and blizzard conditions, Buffalo Raceway’s Wednesday, January 8 opening-night card and the track’s Friday, January 10 program have been cancelled.
With the inability to conduct the draw in a timely manner for Friday, the western New York track has been forced to cancel its Friday night scheduled program.
The 2014 racing season at the Hamburg oval will now get underway Saturday, January 11 with a first post at 6:40 p.m.
Opening-night promotions scheduled for Wednesday will be shifted to Saturday, including free programs and free schedule magnets.
‘Inside Track’ members will be able to redeem their coupons for their hockey puck giveaway on Saturday as well.
Pending New York State Gaming Commission approval, Buffalo Raceway will add Thursday, January 23 and Thursday, January 30 to its schedule.
