On Monday, January 6, the Ontario Racing Commission released a trio of rulings in regard to appeals by Thomas Durand, Dr. David Grant and Dr. Ian Moore.

The ORC has denied the appeal of Dr. Grant. The appeal had to do with the finishing position of a breaking horse. To view a copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
