On Monday, January 6, the Ontario Racing Commission released a trio of rulings in regard to appeals by Thomas Durand, Dr. David Grant and Dr. Ian Moore.

In regard to Durand, the ORC allowed his request to withdraw his appeal. The appeal had to do with a horse not going directly to the test barn after a race. To view a copy of the ORC ruling, click here.

The ORC has denied the appeal of Dr. Grant. The appeal had to do with the finishing position of a breaking horse. To view a copy of the ORC ruling, click here.

In the case of Dr. Moore, the ORC has denied his appeal. The appeal had to do with interference and the placing of a horse. To view a copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
