Seelster Farms of Lucan, Ont. announced today that the owners of Modern Art have accepted an offer for the Artsplace stallion from Southern Hemisphere
interests, including Empire Stallions of Victoria, Australia.
An outstanding sire on both continents, Modern Art enjoyed great success from his first Australian crop to race last season which included the Two-Year-Old Pacing Colt of the Year, Cuttheattitude.
In North America, Modern Art is currently the sire of 88 in 2:00; 25 in 1:55; and the winners of $3.5 million from his first two crops to race.
