Harness Racing PEI offices will be closing today at 12:00 noon due to a winter storm hitting Prince Edward
Island.
Environment Canada issued a heavy snowfall warning and blowing snow warning.
Ten to 15 centimetres of snow is expected with wind gusts to 80 KM/H later in the day.
