The Wednesday, Jan. 28 harness racing program at Bally's Dover has been cancelled due to continued effects of last weekend's winter storm.
Additionally, qualifiers scheduled for the morning of Thursday, Jan. 29 have been cancelled.
Live harness racing at Bally's Dover is scheduled to resume on Thursday; first post is 4:30 p.m.
