The ‘King’ Arrives In Pennsylvania

Officials with Allerage Farm of Pennsylvania have welcomed the current ‘King’ of breeding nursery’s 2020 foal crop.

The flashy colt was born on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, Jan. 20), hence the moniker. He is currently enjoying the run of the place, despite the chilly January conditions.

The youngster is by the eagerly anticipated sire prospect Walner, whose first crop will be sold this fall at auctions everywhere. The colt is the second foal of the speedy Glitzey Gal (3, 1:51.2), who is by Muscle Hill and out of the Conway Hall mare Proclaiming April.
