Stallion Auction.
The auction will start at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2 and will run through 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8 at ongait.com.
The auction is conducted in an open-ended format which allows for bidding slightly beyond the 2:00 p.m. deadline if less than five minutes has elapsed since the last bid on a particular breeding. Bids can also be entered online from the New Vocations booth at the Blooded Horse Sale.
People are asked to be considerate and not bid for mares over 20, ones that have been barren two or more consecutive years, or those that are already booked. To view the list of stallions visit horseadoption.com. For more information call 937-947-4020 or email [email protected].
New Vocations is the largest racehorse adoption program in the country placing 333 horses in carefully screened and monitored homes in 2010. Proceeds from the stallion auction go toward the care, retraining, and placement of retired racehorses.

Every horse we adopt becomes an ambassador for the breed.”
