Despite the 20-cent minimum and the heavy favourites finishing first and third, the Pentafecta wager went unsolved on Monday (Jan 25) at Pompano Park, resulting in a $2,988 carryover into Tuesday evening’s fourth race.
The fourth race will feature a competitive field of ten trotters, and track officials have placed an ‘instant guarantee’ of $10,000 on the total pool.
In addition to the Pentafecta, fans will also enjoy great wagering opportunities with the customary $10,000 guaranteed pool Pick 4 beginning in Race 6, and the Jackpot Hi-Five carryover of $51,203 featured in the eleventh race finale.
