The Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association has announced its 2011 horses of the year and its 2010-2011 breeder of the year
.
The awards will be presented at the February, 19 Florida Chapter U.S. Harness Writers Association Hall of Fame Awards Banquet at Ft. Lauderdale Marriott North.
