Photo Bomber Takes Harrington Debut

Frank Canzone and Ronald Sabatini's Photo Bomber ($4.40) made his Harrington Raceway debut a winning one Wednesday with a 1:58.4 triumph in Wednesday's (June 17) featured $10,000 Open Trot.

The six-year-old Explosive Matter led most of the way under confident handling from Victor Kirby for a one-length score over Faithfulandtrue and Theresademoninme. It was the 17th career win for Jay Gannon trainee Photo Bomber, who has banked more than $250,000 lifetime.

Kirby and Tim Tetrick scored driving doubles.

Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) action for three-year-olds will kick off next week, with pacing colts and geldings competing on Monday (June 22), pacing fillies on Tuesday (June 23), and both trotters on Wednesday (June 24). There will be two $20,000 preliminary legs leading up to $100,000 finals, which will be contested the week of July 6-8.
