Whatta Hotty To Overcome Post 10?

Three-year-old Yankee Paco filly Whatta Hotty will have a disadvantaged Post 10 starting spot in her $300,000 Ontario Sires Stakes Super Final Saturday at Woodbine Racetrack, but her connections are high on the lass heading in.

“I won’t be disappointed if she doesn’t win but I won’t be surprised if she does,” co-owner Jim Whelan was quoted as saying in an article today by The Guardian.

“If I could get on Bella Dolce’s back that would be a great trip," driver Garrett Whelan was quoted as saying. "To follow her and let her do most of the work would be good.”

Whatta Hotty will be contesting the ninth race on the Woodbine card. The dash is estimated to go to post at 10:24 p.m. Whatta Hotty has been rated as the 9-2 third choice in the morning line odds.
