Each week the Little Brown Jug will rank the Top 10 eligibles for the 63rd edition of the Little Brown Jug on Thursday, September 18, 2008.

Here's the latest list as ranked by Jay Wolf, Little Brown Jug assistant publicity director.

#1 (Last Week #1) - Somebeachsomewhere
Owner: Schooner Stables

Trainer: Brent MacGrath

Driver: Paul MacDonell

Lifetime Mark: 1:48.3

He swept the Confederation Cup at Flamboro Downs with the second heat in a World Record time of 1:49.2. The colt's connections want the all-age record in Lexington . The Delaware fans want to see greatness. How about racing in the Jug and during the second week at Lexington?

#2 (Last Week #3) - Badlands Nitro

Won the $500,000 Battle of Brandywine at Harrah's Chester in 1:50.2. Became the morning line favourite in the second LBJ Future Wager at 4 to 1.

#3 (Last Week #2) - Shadow Play

Owners: Dr. Ian Moore, R.G. McGroup Ltd. and Serge Savard

Trainer: Dr. Ian Moore

Driver: David Miller

Lifetime Mark: 1:48.2

Won his Confederation Cup elim and then drew Post 8 for the final. Forced to go the long mile and finished fifth in the final.

#4 (Last Week #5) - Mystery Chase

Rallied from last at the three-quarter pole to take the place spot in the $500,000 Battle of Brandywine, just two lengths behind Badlands Nitro.

Was near the lead for the entire Battle of Brandywine finishing third.

#6 (Last Week #6) - Major General

Was beaten by only a half length in the $200,000 Battle of Brandywine Consolation in 1:51 .
