The ORC has released two rulings pertaining to the appeals by driver Trevor Henry and owner Tony Chiaravalle.

Trevor Henry was handed a six month driving suspension and a fine of $5,000 for cutting the horse Lord Luck with his whip at Grand River Raceway on July 11, 2008.

Upon hearing the evidence, the Panel ordered that Henry receive a four month stay of his initial driving suspension and pay the $5,000 fine. When Henry returns to driving, he must keep a line in both hands at all times during the race for six months. Henry has also been placed on probation for a period of two years.
