Kentucky's horse racing task force is considering the establishment of an in-state drug-testing lab which would streamline the process, producing faster results and enabling quicker changes to testing.
In a herald-leader.com article, Tracy Farmer, chairman of the Governor's Task Force, said that the state has been contacted by one of the United States' top labs, which indicated that "they would like to relocate in Kentucky."
