The draw for the Atlantic Regional Driving Championship has taken place, as a 16-dash card of racing has been assembled for Saturday, November 8 at the Charlottetown Driving Park in PEI.
Nine of the 16 races on the card have been devoted to finding out who the Atlantic region's representatives will be for the 2009 National Driving Championship, which is to take place March 21, 2009 at Fraser Downs in Surrey, BC. The winner of the NDC will represent Canada in the 2009 World Driving Championship, to take place from May 14 through 20 in Norway.
Saturday at Charlottetown, Races 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 will see pilots Joseph Campbell, Robert Laffin, Jason Hughes, Wayne Williams, Kenny Arsenault, Gilles Barrieau, Darren Crowe, Todd Trites and Marc Campbell battle it out to see whom will gain entrance to the nationals.
