The C.K.G. Billings Amateur Driving Series will be contesting three legs on Canadian soil over the next three days.

One trotting race will be contested at Sulky Quebec tonight, followed on Friday with two races at Rideau Carleton Raceway. Hippodrome Gatineau will host one race on Saturday.

"We are thrilled to be able to return to Canada with our Billings Series and we're especially thankful to the management of the racetracks and the local horsemen who went out of their way to supply horses for our members to drive," noted Peter Gerry, the president of the Delvin Miller Amateur Drivers Association which sponsors of the Billings Series.

Slated to drive in all four contests at the Canadian venues is Todd 'The Downeaster' Whitney, whose 120 points leads the series' eastern region. Although, the dashes don't look to be a cakewalk for Whitney, as runner-up Tony 'The Capo' Verrsuo (100 points) will also drive in the events.
