Dashpedia Darts To Inverness Win

Firing from the pylon post, 6-5 favourite Dashpedia delivered a 1:58.2 victory in the $1,250 featured pace at Inverness Raceway on Sunday (Sept. 6).

Driver Zachary Miller protected position with Dashpedia to lead to a :30.2 quarter with Twisted Frisco sitting second and Lo Lo Lo Logan third. The 10-year-old Bettors Delight gelding continued unchallenged to a :59.4 half but face pressure when Twisted Frisco slid out of the pocket moving to three-quarters in 1:29. Dashpedia rebuffed the challenge into the final turn and strolled through the stretch to win by two-and-three-quarter lengths over A Bs Future closing for second. Twisted Frisco settled for third.

Owned by Evan Gillis, Jacob Copley and Ryan Copley, Dashpedia won his sixth race from 12 starts this season and his 39th from 198 overall, earning $236,783. James Copley conditions the $4.20 winner.
