Saratoga Raceway kicked off the first Wednesday of the fall racing season with a 15-race card featuring six divisions of the New York Sire Stakes for two-year-old trotting fillies.

Exotic Form with trainer/driver Dan Daley in the bike, captured race 13 in a new mark of 2:00.3, to claim the winner’s share of the $53,775. purse. Owned and bred by Winbak Farm, the Malabar Man filly out of Form Fitting returned a whopping $41 to win, the largest payoff of the evening's NYSS races.

Cat Manzi drove the other NYSS winners, Chuck Sylvester trainee Maud Blue Chip (by Credit Winner) and Gammys Girl (by Conway Hall) for trainer William Popfinger, who both clocked matching career-best 2:00.1 miles as the race favourites.

Excelsior Series divisions went to Sweet Jessie T, Trish and Ski To The Max.
