The $3,230 Nova Scotia Stake for three-year-old trotters was literally a two-horse race, but Majian Magic dominated the non-wagering event as she romped to a 12-3/4 length victory on Wednesday evening at Inverness Raceway.
Following a summer of racing marred by breaks, Majian Magic stayed flat to defend her Nova Scotia Stakes title against gelding Dunmore Bravo in a 2:04.2 mile.
The homebred Northern Bailey-Majian Gemini filly is now two-for-four in her career for Amherst, N.S. horseman James Ripley.
