In response to the Association of Racing Commissioners International Board of Directors adopting a proposal to amend the RCI Model Rules, the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency has announced that Canadian racecourse associations may apply to operate bets described in the new RCI Model Rules.
Additionally, the CPMA has stated that if any Canadian racecourse association has a recommendation to add or to change any type of pari-mutuel pool rule, they can contact the CPMA.

ARCI Model Pool Rule Changes – September 20, 2016
On September 16, 2016 the Association of Racing Commissioners International (ARCI) Board of Directors adopted a proposal to amend the RCI Model Rules. As per section 143 of the Pari-Mutuel Betting Supervision Regulations, Canadian race-course associations may apply to operate bets described in Chapter 4 of the RCI Model Rules (arci-004-105).
An updated version (6.3) of the ARCI’s Model Rules of Racing is now available online at Association of Racing Commissioners International Model Rules (view here).
Should any Canadian race-course association have a recommendation to add or to change any type of pari-mutuel pool rule, please contact CPMA.

Le 16 septembre 2016, le Conseil d'administration de l'Association of Racing Commissionners International (ARCI) a adopté une proposition de modifications des règles types de RCI. Conformément à l'article 143 duRèglement sur la surveillance du pari mutuel, les associations canadiennes de courses peuvent demander d’opérer un pari décrit dans le chapitre 4 des règles types de RCI (arci-004-105).
La version à jour (6.3) des règles types de ARCI est maintenant disponible en ligne à l'Association Racing Commissioners’ International (en anglais seulement).
Pour toute association canadienne de courses ayant une recommandation à proposer ou pour faire modifier une règle de poule de pari mutuel, s’il vous plait communiquer avec l'Agence canadienne du pari mutuel.
