Fredericton Raceway's top trainer Ed Harvey took Saturday afternoon's top class at the capital city oval, steering Darth Bader to a 1:58.3 triumph.
Leaving from post two, Harvey pointed Darth Bader to the lead and led at every marker. Saturday's $1,000 Winners Over was reduced to three starters and the big strapping pacer went unchallenged for the entire mile.
Mark Haig scored one driving win on the afternoon and stands three shy of winning his 500th career race.
Fredericton Raceway will wrap up its 2015 harness racing season on Saturday, September 26, with post time scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
