Inverness Raceway's hottest pacer Surrealist extended his win streak to seven on Sunday (September 18) for trainer Richard Mullins and owner Dana Getto of New Waterford, N.S.

Surrealist's current top class win streak began on July 31 in the Johnny & Margaret Allan Ian Memorial and his latest victory on Sunday occurred in the afternoon's featured $950 Winners Over Handicap Pace.

Colin Kelly sent the 10-year-old Modern Art gelding after race leader Rambling Gambler through fractions of :29, :59.4 and 1:29.3 and wore down that rival in the stretch to win in 1:58.2 by one and a quarter lengths. Euchred followed in third.

Surrealist now boasts 12 wins from 20 starts this year in Nova Scotia.
