Springforth continued her consistent form spree with a 1:53 win in the $17,000 Mares Open Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.

Trained by her owner, Jeff Clark, the four-year-old Artiscape mare set all the fractions in her second win of the year. She has not been worse than second in her last four starts versus Open competition.

Embassy Seelster, who won a similar division four starts back, was second, while Scootin For Joy was third.

Springforth ($6.60, George Dennis) made nearly $180,000 as a sophomore on the New York Sire Stakes circuit.

Drivers Montrell Teague, Victor Kirby, Allan Davis, Tony Morgan and Ross Wolfenden each had two wins on the program.
