Two-time O’Brien Award winning driver Jody Jamieson enjoyed a productive Wednesday afternoon at Flamboro Downs as he captured half of the 10 races
on the card.
Jamieson clicked with Dontinvademyspace ($16.20) in the fourth race for trainer Jason Libby before going back-to-back in the sixth and seventh races with Vijay Bert ($16.80) for Bill Shaw and Lucky Lady Katie ($7.20) for Andy Avery. Jamieson then swept the late Daily Double with the Gord Remmen-trained Raining Again ($3.30) and Risque Business ($4.10), also for Avery.
With close to $7 million banked this year in purses, the resident of Moffat, ON leads all drivers in Canada for earnings and is ranked fourth for wins with 361. Lifetime, Jamieson has won 5,433 races and earned over $72.9 million.
