Harrington Raceway’s leading driver, Montrell Teague, had six wins on the southern Delaware harness racing venue’s Tuesday, Sept. 10 program.
The 33-year-old driver and son of U.S. Hall of Fame trainer George Teague Jr. piloted Part Time Affair ($2.60), Feeling Sweet ($3), Cntnobdytelmenothn ($5.20), Wicked Weather ($2.80), Always Sassy ($6.40) and Earth Angel ($2.60) to victories. Two of Teague’s wins were for the meet’s leading trainer, Crissy Crissman-Bier.
In the featured $30,400 Free-For-All Mares Handicap Pace, Majorca N set an honest pace with Jody battling gamely first-over before Incaseyoudidntknow ($11.20, Jim Morand) circled three-wide on the far turn and surged by for her third straight victory for trainer Les Givens in 1:53.1. Incaseyoudidntknow, a six-year-old daughter of Always B Miki, notched her sixth win of the season in 19 starts and 36th victory of her career despite leaving from post position eight. She has banked just shy of $190,000 in 2024.
Live harness racing at Harrington will continue on a Monday-through-Wednesday schedule until Oct. 23. First post each day is 4:30 p.m.
