Pricevalleyrevitup Wins Sarnia Debut

Fresh off a victory in a condition event at Mohawk Racetrack, even-money favourite Pricevalleyrevitup didn’t disappoint his fan following while making his debut at Hiawatha Horse Park in the $13,500 Preferred Trot on Saturday night

Pricevalleyrevitup and driver Mark Williams cleared the lead past the :28.1 opening quarter and carved out fractions of :57.3 and 1:26 without facing any serious challengers. The even-money favourite opened up three lengths in the stretch as he sprinted home in :29.2 for the 1:55.2 triumph. Mr Tasty (Al Cullen) journeyed first over to finish second and Twin B Rawley (Gord McKnight) closed well from the backfield to show.

The win was Pricevalleyrevitup’s fourth of the season in 14 outings and pushed his earnings to $45,690 for trainer Dennis Rich and owners Aden Peake of Ballinafad and Rhonda Rich of Powassan, ON. Lifetime, the four-year-old gelded son of Revenue S-Shattered has won 17 times while banking $165,390.
