Daryl Bier’s Roy Orbisong equaled the all-aged track record at Harrington Raceway Monday thanks to his

1:50.4 score in the $20,000 Open Pace.

The five-year-old Ft Apache Hanover gelding equaled the mark set by Spirit Of A Shark in 2006.

Trained and driven by Bier, Roy Orbisong watched Sniper Hall set fractions of 27, 55.3 and 1:23 before mounting a first-over attack on the pacesetter. In deep stretch, Roy Orbisong surged by and held off a fast charging Harlingen Hanover for the win. Mystique Cruiser finished third.

Driver Mike Cole won four races on the card. Daryl Bier, Tony Morgan and Ross Wolfenden each won two races.
