Red Deer, Alberta’s Blair Thomas enjoyed a solid day at the office on Monday thanks to a training and driving triple at Alberta Downs

Thomas got things rolling with a 1:57.1 score in Race 4. The mare used off-the-pace tactics to pull off the 5-1 upset in the $2,200 tilt.
No Limit For Mjjz took the same approach to capturing Race 6 for Thomas, who watched the three-year-old daughter of As Promised-Sosys Card Shark freeze the teletimer in 1:57.4. Thomas also took the finale with Happyagain Mindale, who launched a late attack and got up in the closing strides to win in 1:57.2.
Thomas has watched his barn go 11-for-54 this season while stashing away just over $27,000 in earnings.
