To celebrate the 80th edition of "The Great American Harness Race," the Little Brown Jug has partnered with Nocterra Brewing Company to create a limited edition "Little Brown Jug Festbier."
The Little Brown Jug Festbier is an easy drinking, seasonal fall lager made with pilsner and Munich malts, providing subtle sweetness and a smooth finish.
“We are excited to announce this partnership,” said Chris Welker, President of the Delaware County Agricultural Society. “Nocterra produces a wonderful product and we look forward to a long-term relationship. This beer will be just one more reason to love fall.”

To launch this new craft beer, Nocterra Brewing Company will host a Grand Release Party on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 12-4 p.m. at Nocterra Brewing Company’s Tap Room (41 Depot Street, Powell, OH 43065). The event is free and open to the public and will feature Little Brown Jug ticket and merchandise giveaways.
Single cans of the Little Brown Jug Festbier will be sold on Jug Day (Sept. 18) at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. Six-packs can be purchased for $10.99 USD at the Nocterra Brewing Tap House.
