McMaster Trainees Perfect At Clinton

The Kevin McMaster stable could do no wrong on Sunday at Clinton Raceway, going a perfect three-for-three during the afternoon's racing program.

McMaster opened the 10-race card with a pair of victories by pacing mares Berts Last Cat ($5) and American Grace ($5.80). The Guelph, Ont. conditioner also sent out the sixth race winner, Redline Hanover ($4.40), to complete his training triple.

Adding 44 wins to his resume so far this year, McMaster is approaching the 2,000 career win mark and $30 million earnings plateau.

Billy Davis Jr. steered all three McMaster trainees en route to a Sunday driving grand slam.
