In addition to Monday's Trot Insider report regarding Paul Massicotte's desire to continue on in the Quebec racetrack ownership business, the Montreal Gazette has reported that the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency has also stated the company is in violation of its licence.

Pierre Lecavalier, lawyer for the CPMA, stated during yesterday's hearing that it considers the company in breach since it is not providing a sufficient amount of live racing. The report states that the CPMA licences for Hippodrome de Montreal, Trois-Rivières, Aylmer and the teletheatre network can not be justified.

Today's episode of Trot Radio talks to Gazette reporter Paul Delean about the latest developments surrounding the ongoing saga of Quebec's racetracks.

Episode 48 - Quebec's Court Battle
