Full Moon Dodger made it four wins in a row on the Manitoba circuit taking the Morris Open Handicap Pace and capped off another productive day for the red-hot Trevor Williams stable on Sunday, Aug. 20.

Driven by Don Howlett for owner Michael Williams, Full Moon Dodger took the lead by the race's midway mark and drew away from the competition. The six-year-old Brandons Cowboy gelding won the $2,800 10th race by five lengths over the 'good' track in 2:02.1, with False Advertising, Ticket To Roll and Procrastinatinpeat rounding out the field.

Full Moon Dodger ($2.10) completed a sweep of the late Daily Double for Howlett and Williams, who also won with Latestngreatest ($2.70) in a 2:02.1 track record clocking for three-year-old pacing geldings.

Their earlier victories included Red Star Tiger ($2.10) and Rocket Power ($2.40), who conquered their rivals by a combined 21 lengths. Red Star Tiger's winning time of 2:00.1 was a new track record for older geldings, shaving two-fifths of a second off the record he set.

Williams, who won five starts in a row last Sunday at Killarney, now boasts a flashy 0.705 URS with 21 wins from 37 starts this year.
