The start to the career of No Small Wonder couldn't be going any better.
After notching back-to-back Maine Sires Stakes wins to start her career, the daughter of State Treasurer-I Am Wonder Woman made it three wins in three starts after winning the sole $21,994 MSS division on Saturday, Aug. 1 at First Tracks Cumberland.
As she did in both of her previous victories, No Small Wonder made every call a winning one for driver Kevin Switzer Jr. After clearing to the front from post six through a :29.1 opening quarter, No Small Wonder cruised through fractions of 1:00.1 and 1:29.4 before coasting home in :30.2 for the lifetime best 2:00.1 score. She was 1-1/4 lengths better than Wine For The Lady (Aaron Hall) with Feel The Fury (Andy Harrington) next best
Kevin Switzer trains No Small Wonder for Kdk Standardbreds of Cumberland, Me., Kathleen Mofield of Bedford, Ma. and Anthony Sivik Jr. of Orono, Me. Now a career winner of $33,306, No Small Wonder returned $2.60 to win.

The 13-year-old son of Crazed-Sophisticat hit the wire first for the first time since June 2025, lifting his career earnings to $526,223.
Cumberland's closing-day card is Sunday, Aug. 2, with some of the region's top older horses set to compete in two $12,000 USD Pine Tree Opens for each gait.
TCS Brenda (2-1, McGwire Sowers) will look to capitalize on her recent form as she has three wins over her last five starts and has emerged as the one to watch. The five-year-old daughter of Triumphant Caviar is seeking her seventh seasonal victory. She will have to contend with Big Al M (5-2, Switzer Jr.) and Party At Seven (3-1, Nick Graffam), who have also had their share of local success.
The $12,000 USD companion Pine Tree Open Pace features Rock Candy (3-1, Heath Campbell), who will also look for his seventh seasonal score. Owned and trained by Walter Ward, the 10-year-old veteran by Pet Rock has earned more than $767,000 lifetime.
