Blue Chip Farms has reported that trotting stallion E L Titan has been sold overseas.
E L Titan 2,1:53.4; 4,1:51.2f ($726,344) has been sold to Haras des Trotteurs in Victoria, Australia. A son of Muscle Hill, E L Titan’s progeny have won more than $11.4 million in North America. The 12-year-old stallion will start his Southern Hemisphere duties this fall for the 2023/24 season.
A release from Blue Chip Farms noted that, "Recently, the New York Legislature passed bills which would allow interstate shipped semen. However, in the absence of final approval from the Governor Hochul, talented stallions like E L Titan are looking for avenues to increase access to mares in other jurisdictions."
