No Where To Hide captured the featured $7,800 fillies and mares pace at Tioga Downs on Friday.
No Where To Hide ($23.40) went to the front early for driver Braxten Boyd, but Sweet Young Thing (Wally Hennessey) got the lead just before hitting the first quarter in :27. She used a :29.2 second quarter to hit the half in :56.2. Arnies Angel (Renaldo Morales III) was first to make a move going first-over as they headed for the final turn. Sweet Young Thing continued to lead and hit three-quarters first in 1:24.2.
As they made the turn for home Sweet Young Thing shook off Arnies Angel. No Where To Hide finally got an opening in the stretch and popped the pocket and blew right on by the runner-up Sweet Young Thing to win in 1:53.1. Persistent Bettor (Mike Merton) finished third.
No Where To Hide is a four-year-old mare by Bettors Delight. She is owned by Rocco Stebbins and trained by Joe Skowyra. It was her fourth win of the season. She now owns seven career victories.
