Tioga Downs has announced that it is raising purses beginning with next week’s condition sheet
.
Almost all classes received a boost with more attention paid to the upper level conditions.
“Entries have thinned out a little since the stakes season has begun, especially in the upper levels,” said the track's director of Racing, Jason Bluhm. “We hope this purse increase helps attract more horses to help our conditions fill.”
Tioga will race five days next week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Thursday’s draw will be on Saturday morning; the box will close at 9:00 a.m. For more information, can call the race office at 607-699-7688 or visit our website at tiogadowns.com.
