Longtime owner and breeder Jackie 'Jack' Niebergall, of Saskatoon, Sask., passed on June 29. He was 77.
Niebergall, who raised horses under the “Neudorf” stable name, remained active in the Standardbred industry right up until his passing, having horses with Alberta-based trainer Jamie Gray.
A memorial service will be held Monday (July 9) at 2:00 p.m. at the Louise Avenue Congregational Church at 1602 Louise Ave., Saskatoon, Sask. A graveside service will be held Tuesday (July 10) at 2:00 p.m. at the Neudorf Town Cemetery in Neudorf, Sask.
