After winning his first leg division of the Juggernaut Pacing Series last weekend at Sudbury Downs, Only In America returned to the Chelmsford half-mile racetrack on Saturday evening for a repeat performance in the second leg of the series

Two $7,500 divisions were carded on Saturday night as part of the second leg with Rockadile Man winning the other split. The series is for non-winners of two races or $20,000 (fillies and mares $27,500) lifetime as of July 9, 2011.
Trainer-driver Mario Rivest and Only In America found themselves 10 lengths off the lead in sixth position early on, but advanced on the outside and opened up a 10 length lead by the time they hit the top of the stretch. The duo cruised home untouched for the 1:57.4 triumph while maintaining an eight and three-quarter length margin between his foes. Electric (Justin Turcotte) and Passion R Virginie (David Dowling) finished second and third.
Only In America paid $4.10 to win as the bettor's choice. The American Ideal-Rose Parade colt started his career with an zero-for-three record in 2010, but has since won seven of his 10 sophomore starts. The career winner of $25,907 is owned by Rivest and Edward Gorc of Sudbury, Ont.
Only In America's stablemate Rockadile Man, driven by Jason Ryan, came on to win the other division in 1:57.4. Lexicam (Gerry Belanger) finished over a length behind in second with first leg winner Schooner (David Dowling) third.
Rockadile Man paid $8.30 to win as the 3-1 second choice. Unraced at two, the Rocknroll Hanover-Capericorn gelding earned his third win in 14 starts and pushed his bankroll to $17,189 for trainer Rivest, and owners Mike Saftic of Campbellville, Ont., Hugh Sutherland of Caledon East, Ont., and James Walker of Port Perry, Ont. He finished third in Sudbury's Baby To Boomer Series Final prior to the start of the Juggernaut on July 16.
