Wolfpac Doc delivered a maiden-breaking score for his connections in the single $10,000 Prospect Series leg at Hanover Raceway on Saturday, July 25.
After a :32.1 opening quarter for trainer-driver Tyler Moore, Wolfpac Doc turned down the heat and hit the half in a supersoft 1:06. The trotter turned up the tempo from there, trotting his back half in :59.4. Under pressure from Naked Farmer (Austin Sorrie) through a 1:36.1 third station, Wolfpac Doc stayed on task and pulled away for a near two length score in 2:05.4. Puff Puff Pass (Ryan Holliday) smoked home for second, with Naked Farmer barely back of that rival in third.
The first career win for Wolfpac Doc (Muscle Mass-Vegas Virgin) lifted his earnings to $6,600 for Moore and co-owners Stuart Chambers Racing LLC of Raleigh, N.C., Dr. Ian Moore of Cambridge, Ont. and Bcjm Inc. of Charlotte, N.C. He paid $9 to win.
Saturday's card was slated to host the eliminations for the 2026 Dream Of Glory Trot, but with just six entrants those horses advance directly to the final next Saturday, Aug. 1. The horses and trainers are as follows:
