Group Rolling Up Its Sleeves At Truro

The Truro Daily News has run a piece explaining how there has been a great deal of behind the scenes work to ensure that racing goes off without a hitch at Truro Raceway.

The article explains that members of the Truro Harness Horse Owners Association's Ways and Means Committee have been working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Kyle Burton, Christine Christie, Robyn Crowe, Ben Hollingsworth and Penny Wesley make up the committee, and are doing everything in their power to ensure the show will go on in the best manner possible.

“We love harness racing,” Wesley was quoted as saying. “It’s in your blood and we want it to stay and we’re willing to do everything we can to make it stay.”
