Trainer Jamie Copley racked up a three-win performance Sunday evening at Rideau Carleton Raceway, and in doing so he padded his lead atop the track’s trainers’ standings.

Copley sent out six starters on the 12-race card and he managed to put together a 3-1-1 record. Keystone Rhyme got Copley’s party started with a 2:00.3 decision in Race 3. He doubled up with Credit Balance in Race 9. The gelding froze the teletimer in 1:58. He came right back in Race 10 and clicked with Peter Pumpkineater in 1:54.4.

The Kenmore, Ontario conditioner has racked up 68 wins so far this season and 760 to date. His big night at the office pushed this year’s earnings over $300,000, and it helped push his lifetime total to $3,720,864.
