In an article on dailygleaner.com, horseman Mike Stevenson has said that he has high praise for Fredericton Raceway and that it sometimes gets a bad rap in terms of its configuration
.
"I love going to Fredericton," he said. "It's a great place. The people are friendly and the track's usually in pretty good shape. A lot of people think where it's a small, narrow track it can't be that good for racing, but I've always found Fredericton one of the better tracks around.
"There might be a little bit of tight quarters, but the surface is usually pretty damn good."
Stevenson's comments come in an article which also mentions that he is close to recording his 1,100th career driving victory.
