John Carlo, a member of one of the track's co-owning families, has stated that discussions have taken place with representatives from Warren County. Officials from Montgomery County have also expressed interest publicly.
The report cites Carlo as saying that no matter where the new location will be, the new facility would have to be a "first-class destination" which is "excited about having us there."
