After getting caught up in the horrendous five-horse pile-up at Monticello Raceway on July 16, Mike Forte was treated at the local Catskill Regional Medical Center
.
He was later air-lifted to Westchester (Co.) Medical Center for further observations. Forte, who stayed overnight, was released today and is home recuperating.
He is, however, hurting, with two broken collar bones and cracked ribs with the pain making it difficult for him even to talk.
