The win streak is now 14-in-a-row for Lucky Jim following his 1:51.4 score in the $203,000 final of the Titan Cup at The Meadowlands on July 4

. The victory was more than enough reason for the Julie Miller trainee to retain his top spot in the tenth installment of this year’s Hambletonian/Breeders Crown Standardbred Poll.

The four-year-old son of S Js Photo-Hawaiian Sierra earned 32 of the first-place votes in the poll, while Well Said took the other three. That colt, who captured last month’s $1.5-million Pepsi North America Cup, resurfaced at The Meadowlands on Saturday evening and looked ultra-impressive in winning his elimination of this year’s Meadowlands Pace for driver Ron Pierce and trainer Steve Elliott.
