Leaving from Post 7, Jojo N Goliath got away fifth before Eric Ledford tipped him off the pylons behind the first-over War Boots, who cleared to the lead in the stretch but couldn’t match the winner’s better trip. Jojo N Goliath downed War Boots by a neck in 1:50.4 over a sloppy surface, with Rock N Roll Star a rallying third.
