Of eight races held at Georgian Downs on Tuesday evening (June 6), trainer Jodie Cullen visited the winner’s circle for half.
Her evening began with 1-9 shot Pipewrench Charlie, who led pillar to post from the pylon spot to win by two lengths in 1:53.3 in a $6,000 conditioned pacing event. Cullen then went and scored a natural hat trick starting in Race 4 with an off-the-pace charge by Shake Shadow N Rol proving successful by a head in 1:56 in a $7,000 conditioned pacing event. Blakesagent (1:56 winning mile; $9.80 to win) powered from second over to nail a head decision in the following race and then pocket-pouncer Century J Rock (1:56.3; $5.90) completed the four-win night for Cullen.
Adding onto her two wins collected on the Sunday card, Cullen has expanded her lead on the trainer standings as the Georgian meet still picks up steam from opening day last Saturday, June 3.
