Push Back cruised wire-to-wire winning the top pacing class at Truro Raceway on Sunday afternoon.
Trained and owned by local horseman Dale Pinkney, Push Back won the feature race in a career-best clocking of 1:56.1 with Robert Laffin aboard. Putnams Storm followed over a length behind in second with Saulsbrook Quick finishing back in third.
The win was the six-year-old Art Major gelding's first of the year. He is now 11-for-17 lifetime.
Emmons Ralph MacKay enjoyed a training triple on Sunday's 12-race card, beginning with a sweep of the opening two races by first-time starter Supersonic Jet and Business Time. MacKay later won the eighth race with Michelles Romance.
